It is with a heavy heart and sense of deep sadness and loss to hear Richard 'Huk' Planas has passed.
I've been incredibly lucky to have met him and spent time with him- his knowledge and passion for Kenpo was, and still remains, unmatched.
Teaching was his life's work, and he leaves us with a gift of his art and a responsibility and duty to improve ourselves and our training.
Truly glad I got to spend time talking Western movies, Burbon and more than a few great stories.
